CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
Once the reservation has been confirmed and blocked, the following cancellation policy will be applied, invoicing the percentages on the room rates established below and refunding the rest, if applicable:
– Cancellation or modification 72 hours in advance: 25% of the total amount will be invoiced.
– Cancellation or modification 48 hours in advance: 50% of the total amount will be invoiced.
– Cancellation or modification 24 hours in advance: 100 % of the total amount will be invoiced.
– Returns will be requested by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
– Refunds would be made through the same means of payment with which the reservation was made.
