Krone Ibérica, S.A. undertakes to respect the local and time reservation made by the customer until the date requested.

Once the reservation has been confirmed and blocked, the following cancellation policy will be applied, invoicing the percentages on the room rates established below and refunding the rest, if applicable:

Cancellation or modification 72 hours in advance: 25% of the total amount will be invoiced.

Cancellation or modification 48 hours in advance: 50% of the total amount will be invoiced.

Cancellation or modification 24 hours in advance: 100 % of the total amount will be invoiced.

Returns will be requested by email to reservas@infantaisabelcn.com
Refunds would be made through the same means of payment with which the reservation was made.

LIABILITIES

Krone Ibérica is not liable for the information and content stored in forums, social networks or any other means that allows third parties to publish content independently on the website of the provider.

However, taking into consideration Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, Krone Ibérica undertakes to withdraw or block, as the case may be, those contents that may affect or contravene national or international legislation, the rights of third parties or morality and public order.
